Our sales goals are unreasonable for not only the sales team but Broadcom goals and pricing is disruptive beyond customers realistic budgets for virtually the same product/features.

Former Employee2.9Oct 23, 2025Former VMware seller. Broadcom is a very cut and dry business org. They want to gain maximum revenue from existing clients and don't really care about getting news ones. In sales, it feels like people are just hanging on for the RSUs.
