Excellent, however new management hire was ill equiped to lead ,motivate and manage. They had no effective training in some of the companies syatems and were able to offer no support.

Management only cares about numbers and does provide support to grow portfolio (not all managers as some portfolios have great managers). Also let people go just because, even if they were top earners. Maybe just cause a manager didn't find a way to communicate with rep correctly.
