Former Employee Cardinal started strong 7 years ago and had a great model for sales and services. The company got top heavy and no longer competitive in the market in terms of price. The management goals no longer align with the employees and longevity is uncertain as many good employees have left due to this shift.
If they reverse course and compete and compensate with the market, they can be a great company again.
