The driver of this change was due to market changes and adjustments not being made to goals or targets for the team. There is not communication between management and reps on what is expected in terms of goals.

A lot to learn upfront, Sandler training to help with sales methodology, however; CEO leads with an iron fist and will terminate immediately if he doesn't 'like' you. The company likes to spend money, but doesn't translate when wanting to pay out for compensations. If you question your comp, they find that as questioning their authority and you'll be out a job.
