Closest was about $300k shy… Their PE firm just cleared house of all executive leadership at caret. Not even ownership has faith in caret.

The culture is lacking, not very many events to get to know each other. When you have to travel, the company is super stingy, waiting at the airport to be able to share Uber rides to the hotel.
