Uncapped commission- but it’s an all or nothing comp plan. If you miss your quota by 1 deal, you don’t get your incentives. And maybe half the team makes quota half the time. Plenty of inbound leads but 90% of them are trash. So time is not spent in the right places. Product is ok but they are falling behind the innovation of the market.
