swoogo is a fantastic product and good company. c level execs are great, along with ceo, but leadership is not and could use a clean house sweep. compensation is far from being competitive but people generally come and stay at swoogo because of the people and culture. sales team is full of great people but team seems to miss the mark on hiring resulting in turnover…...Read More
