Current Employee Founders are way too involved in every opportunity and unfortunately do way, way more harm then good.
It's like having 4 bosses, except 3 of them know nothing about enterprise sales, think they do, and jump into every single one of your deal channels on slack and order you to do things that are irrelevant and/or hurt the deal. And they fire people randomly who perform well simply because they don't kiss enough butt.
Commission plan sucks. And equity for enterprise reps is worth less than a single base salary paycheck. What's the point.
Product is great, so if you can navigate the politics and toxic environment, and build all your own deals, you could hit your number.
