Not too long ago, the company switched from hourly to salary, increasing the workweek by 5 hours each week and increasing commission pay outs by upwards of 40%. Quotas are stretch goals at best. The whole job is Inbound.

This company will lie, cheat, and steal from you. They promise their reps the world, but if you land any large deal, they will not pay you the commission and will put you on a PIP and force you out.

My overall experience is that they claim they are a software/tech company, but you're selling buses and transportation for weddings and other personal trips. Any accounts that are deemed valuable are immediately taken away from you and given to ENT reps. Quotas are also extremely unattainable because leadership can't forecast correctly.
