Citeline was purchased by private equity and then merged into Norstella a few years ago which has created a number of challenges. Tough culture, Dave Pender is stuck in the Stone Age. Things run top down at informa, and most managers struggle to relay that to their sales teams effectively. Communication was sparse, and inconsistent.
