My overall experience was that there was little to no oversight on management’s behavior by senior leadership. Clinical Performance under Larry Havelis was one of the most toxic, poorly run orgs I have ever seen. Still managed multiple successful years despite poor management.

My overall experience at the organization was good as I got to work with colleagues all over the globe and even got to visit 10 countries during my time there. The overall CTC is good within the industry but base salaries can be better. I would always recommend anyone working at Elsevier...any day!
