Former Employee Start up company. A bit to ambitious to grow and let finances go out of control. Recently did a MAJOR staff reduction, possibly up to 50% of the staff is now let go. The explanation is that the funding market isn't loaning to companies who aren't yet profitable, therefore the intent is to make a profit before the end of this year, to do that, they cut costs. I bit to late for most of us.
