Overall it was a good company to work for and I enjoyed the environment, I didn't realize how fabricated it was though and ultimately how much the company just drops you when they are in hard times. the leadership of the sales dept was not as organize or structured as one would expect. It was an eye opening experience of what to expect from the corporate world....Read More

My experience as a sales professional at Clear Capital lacked opportunity for growth. Commissions were removed after the account had signed of within the first year. Many accounts take several months to ramp up.
