There are many moving parts and high turnover. There is earning potential but there are internal hurdles and not a lot of support or training. Numerous direction changes at the organization level and layoffs.

This company has no clue or idea to be successful for the employees. They get rid of great talent because immediate and higher up leadership does not like your personality instead of skill level.
