CSG is at a cross roads in its business strategy. Slash and burn culture. As Vista Equity the parent company looks to drive EBITDA and valuation, all departments, divisions, and teams are at risk. Many have left all div's.

After the merger with another major software company, the culture changed completely. The CEO only thinks about his Excel sheet and does not care for his employees. Winning is no longer encouraged by a decent incentive compensation package.

The CEO at CSG is the coldest blooded guy I’ve met and I have decades of experience. People are inputs or revenue streams. He doesn’t care about people or culture of his companies. Thank God our GM did. The only goal he has is cash flow to reduce debt and rain cash on the shareholders. He talks about equity like everyone would get some. Very few do.

Been in the ShareFile BU for a while now. Overall a great place to work. Great benefits and work/life balance. Great people. Pay is just okay though. Product is a bit aged but they have made a lot of updates to it in the past year. We’ll see how the market likes it, still up in the air.
