Good experience, limited product offerings with high competition. Consistent leadership changes across the sales organization and extremely limited development, training, or career path. Consistent changes to service offerings and who could ultimately use or “become” a customer which management did not share. We heard of service offering changes through the grape vine and the culture is very” figure it out on your own or ask a coworker”.

This is a wonderful organization to be a part of that values its team. Everyone is incredibly down to earth, with surprisingly no arrogance. Management leads by and supports growing families with an accepting work life balance. Plus incredible inbound lead flow that keeps me busy daily. I estimate about 20 leads a week, even more during the busy season.

Internal culture is amazing, but still very much a startup. You won’t make bank as a sales person here, and it is definitely not a B2B motion, it’s definitely more B2C Great work life balance though
