Very high intensity sales culture which high expectations. The training was excellent but there was a high turnover of staff. The product market fit for enterprise selling was poor due to delayed product releases and lack of functionality

Overall a good company, but was going through the typical pains of a company that is scaling, such as some departments growing faster than others, too many AEs and not enough effective BDRs (did not have a manager for the majority of my time there, however I understand that this has changed)
