Base pay is extremely low with commission riding on patients coming into your local clinic. Goals increase substantially quarter over quarter. Company car, gas, car insurance, and phone is a good perk.

Good starter company to get into med device. Base is very low for med device. Comp plan is based off % to goal that’s set by leadership but they don’t tell you how they got there. Goals are sent out halfway through the month (not joking). Good product fit - doctors and nurses like the product and the clinics generally.

No COLA for high income areas - reps have been asking for it for years. Same base pay in Tuscon AZ as San Francisco. CFO recently left and noticed a lot of budget cuts in the last year.
