Incredibly strong product. Customers want to spend more each year. And the product is not stagnant, it is growing and evolving. SDR Team culture is good. Comped on Stage 2 opp's only, can make it difficult to predict/control your number. Multiple paths to promote out of the role with not set time or amount of sales you need in order to qualify.

Cribl has grown wildly for a reason. The multi product approach is landing. Product market fit is incredible, and customers absolutely love it.
