Really great culture. Competing in a niche market with some but not a lot of investment. Opportunity for growth but they need to put a plan in place to expand their target market.

UK management is not tuned in to US market. Don't know their own market fit from product perspective. Have only one market (accounting) and it's shrinking. Unrealistic quotas. Very little inbound opportunities and outbound BD is non existant.

Product works for a very narrow, well-prospected market that moves extremely slowly. Building pipeline takes years, and all AE spots that have earning potential are filled. Dayshape does not have a go-to-market plan for any other market segments and has a 0% retention rate for new AEs since 2022.
