Former Employee *DealerOn is a good company - this review is for Lead Science, which is a DealerOn company. 0% of reps have hit their number in my two years there. They had a top rep who turned out to be a fraud but was treated like a god for a long time. He stole about $550-$600k in commission from them and all his business was fake. After that came to light, a lot of people were fired and they had a change in leadership. New leadership has zero clue what they are doing. Zero training and development as well. It’s an absolute joke on an organization.
