Came to the team because of the great people, culture, and customer centric approach I saw there. Months in, the board (VC) made leadership changes, who either RIF’d or pushed out most of the original team (key folks who had created the culture and grown to $100M ARR). Things changed quickly and became very chaotic, unfortunately. For example, some of the team was left waiting on a finalized comp plan for months at a time and reporting structure was changed numerous times. Wishing the team the best.

My experience at Deepwatch was great, the need for the service was clear and the outcomes provided to the customers were there. The team was always great with ELT always willing to help out with deals. Can’t say enough good things about the company and service.
