Current Employee AEs hardly hit quota since segmentation started. Most AEs hit quota on the last day of the month. They don’t give quota forgiveness. You get paid less commission if you don’t hit quota. You don’t get accelerators until you pass quota over 10% and most people don’t.
You used to be able to make 200k there, but not anymore. If you’re hitting quota you can make 140k but you’re definitely working your ass off.
