Very bad, micromanagement. Told it was Hybrid and its not really, no one is hitting target but few AE´s same target for everybody without taking in mind which product you are selling... On boarding team is a disaster, you tell clients you have engineers looking for their machines and its not true, they force contracts even though we cant give a proper service... Its...Read More
