Former Employee I was the highest-performing Customer Success Manager on the team responsible for 40+ accounts, 100% green health, and 120% renewals. Despite that, I was consistently penalized for speaking up.
DX quoted customer champions in public-facing materials without approval, used AI unethically with customer data, and provided multiple contradictory excuses for why I didn’t receive my full commission in either quarter I worked there. When I asked for documentation and pushed back, I was terminated. Shortly after, they removed “HR” from the title of the person I reported my concerns to. They also told my team I "chose to leave".
Leadership, specifically cofounder Greyson Junggren, has a pattern of retaliating against employees who leave factual Glassdoor or RepVue reviews often attempting to get them removed rather than taking accountability.
Great product, great customers but I cannot recommend working here in good conscience.
When I left the company I was reached out to by almost every former employee with horror stories of their time.
I called them out for not having any way of tracking stock vesting and that it was unethical and illegal when I got fired, they onboarded Carta the next week.
