Former Employee Let me preface this by saying that the product is, in fact, incredible. The market fit is very strong, and although there are competitors, they aren't as good.
I left a very large book of business to give DX a try and was genuinely very excited, but within a month I was asking myself "what was I thinking leaving my book of business and higher base"
DX is a cultural nightmare. For one, the sales team is not welcoming and will not engage in conversation with you unless you initiate (with the exception of a couple of people). You do not have an actual sales leader because Greyson is over the team and he has exactly 0 minutes to dedicate to you.
There is no formal training, which is absurd for am incredibly technical product. You are given access to an onboarding document and told to go learn the space yourself.
I was told that I would have more leads than I would know what to do with and in the three months I spent, only had 5 demos, most of which were set by myself.
You will get no enablement, no training, and basically no leads.
