The CEO created a terrible culture. He is involved in everything and consistently insulting employees. He keeps a close group of people by him that will not question his moves.

Sales leadership is excellent and actively working to adapt to a changing tech environment. Product is continually innovated and growing. Customer demand is strong.

My overall experience is not positive. Leadership lacks a consistent vision, there's constant changes in corporate hierarchy/reporting structure, marketing really struggles beyond simple email blasts/spam, and the product isn't really differentiated from the competition and some free alternatives.

Abysmal. They will lie and promise everything & the only thing guaranteed is that they won't deliver. Their turnover is insane, the CEO is not fit to run a lemonade stand, let alone a business - even a member of their Board called for his resignation (Google it).
