Good company, challenging market past 3 years. Continue to roll out new services. Some new services add a lot of value, others have been a bit of a miss.

My overall experience was great. My only regret here is that I didn't transfer to an office that had more of a presence. For being on the carrier side I thought our compensation structure was great.

It was a disappointing experience. No leadership development. Hit the floor and good luck mentality comes with the position. The solutions offered are not beneficial to the customer and often too expensive for the problem being solved. Very saturated market.
