Engine feels like a fraternity they are very focused on hustle culture and could care less about burn out or what is happening in your personal life. The second you miss quota you are placed on a PIP that does not come with a warning or support system. If you are okay with this job being your whole life sure you can make great money but if you value work life balance this is not the place for you!
