Former Employee Amazing product, terrible place to work. You have to self-prospect more than you actually call in order to have a chance. You’ll find yourself working 60-70 hours a week and your base pay of $70K doesn’t justify the efforts. Most accounts you’ll prospect will already have been taken by other sales reps on the floor because everyone prospects the same way via LinkedIn and ChatGPT.
