Current Employee The company is amazing, great product, cares about the customer, always improving it's offerings to be better and expand it's market opportunity.
Unfortunately, the compensation is always changing and they do not incentive their top reps to do more - everyone gets paid the same whether your quota is 100K or 500K at OTE.
New Cap at 300% is there to help the company protect itself, but many reps started with the condition of no cap.
Be ready for change and hard work. They are creating a culture of absolute domination - be the best or probably not the best fit for you.
You will be surrounded by go getters, top performers, and everyone trying to be the best - it's instilled in the culture.
They offer training and tools to help support growth in their product, but no inbound leads unless you are Senior or higher with SDRs setting meetings for you - it's a mixed bag. Browse Other Reviews
