This is the feeding toon of a toxic work environment. Everyone loves I. Fear of termination. They are churning through VPs, CROs, CTOs, Marketing, managers, and reps. Everyone is over worked, over stressed, and unhealthily under-appreciated. The only redeeming aspect is that there are some decent and talented people who are unfortunate enough to work here with together. Our shared misery is the only solace.

Amazing product, terrible place to work. You have to self-prospect more than you actually call in order to have a chance. You’ll find yourself working 60-70 hours a week and your base pay of $70K doesn’t justify the efforts. Most accounts you’ll prospect will already have been taken by other sales reps on the floor because everyone prospects the same way via LinkedIn...Read More
