Really enjoyable job. 10/10 culture, team, managment etc . However... The pay is craaaap. Terrible base salary. Very difficult to hit consistent decent monthly commissions without giving up all your Saturdays and Sundays plus overtime on weekdays. even then, there commissions can be lackluster. Also, reps results vary massively dependant on the quality of leads we get fed which can be all over the shop. The abysmal marketing team can feed us some serious junk we have to sift through Overall, it's a great fun sales job but not the one if you want to actually make money.

All of my coworkers were really great to work with, including the managers. It was generally a fun culture and enjoyable in that aspect. However, there were some drawbacks when I started.
