There is little to no sales process or strategy. There seems to be a consistent theme of panic and try any and everything with no adhesion to one process. There also has been little to no training or consistent support from my manager. Which is important to me and my career aspirations. It's hard to progress without negative or positive feedback.

The mercurial Founder / CEO dominates the leadership team and does not accept dissenting views or anything he perceives as a challenge to his authority or lack of respect for him. The culture is one of "keep your head down, do your job, don't take sick days, and don't get noticed."
