Very strong product-market fit. Evolution of the product has been based off of direct client and customer feedback. Pay and additional comp at Euna is not competitive, slightly below average for Canadian SaaS Tech. Culture has been lacking due to consolidations in the past 2 years but the environment is not toxic. Unlimited PTO policy. Introducing hybrid model with return to office mandate for employees within certain distances from regional offices has received neutral to negative reactions.

Acquired and driven into the ground by a PE firm. A typical story in SaaS these days. Get as much money from customers and pay employees as little as possible until they sell.

Leadership folks keep changing every year … New leadership is high in micro-management. Not the same place it used to be.

Product (Procurement) is competitive, but exec leadership has never sold into SLED before. Lack of sales training and unreachable targets due to heavily weighted territories for several reps. Lots of opportunity here, but leadership (mid level + exec) needs a changeup.
