Too much change in a short time span. Management/Revops gives opps in open territories to people who are the cheapest then asks why you are producing less than they are. It's a curse to be paid your worth here and will hurt your longevity. They fire people for fun. Heavy favoritism and politics.

Great culture at Euna compared to previous tech sales employer. Very collaborative and helpful colleagues. Strong product shows well in demos. Base could be higher but overall compensation is acceptable. Fully remote with an opportunistic territory. Great management trumps the base pay issue.

Lower base salary than market, not aligned across products / geographies. Product has a good following, with some promising updates come up.
