Former Employee The HQ in The Hague has a really great atmosphere and work ethic. The business in the Netherlands is doing very well, and the team there is fantastic.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case in Germany. There’s a strong elbow mentality within the sales team, bullying, unfair territory distribution, and NO ONE has ever reached their quota. There is no onboarding or training process, people are terminated out of the blue, many people are hired, there are no incoming leads, and the cold calling success rate is below 3%. A typical Z-Scaler mentality is being promoted here. There's a lack of a clear strategy to increase the number of leads.
Although the company is a startup, in Germany it fosters a toxic mentality reminiscent of traditional mid-sized companies. The Head of is barely accessible to the team. What’s even worse: during forecast calls, the Head of curses and insults others, thinking this is a way to motivate the team.
It’s truly a shame because I really like the company and the idea behind it, but unfortunately, the German leadership is more than just bad. Browse Other Reviews
