The product is more complex than anything ever purchased by insurance carriers. They’ll hopefully figure it out and get more resources to make the sale easier, but unfortunately it’ll take a leadership change to make Federato really pop. Colleagues are great. They hire well. But the growth expectations do not meet reality. I’ve heard they’ve added a massive amount of headcount (20+ salespeople) in a very short amount of time. Expect a lot of churn or to be fired unceremoniously.

Great company, leadership has conviction and willing to help in every situation. Mature beyond the company's age...investments are being made to hire, train, and support the team for near- and long-term growth. Right on the cusp of hitting the next gear, and we are already doing great!
