Former Employee Was in a 100% commission sales role mostly working remote. Receiving company generated leads was good. After spending just under a decade with the company market changes occurred, and the company had to shut down our division. Hundreds of employees who were there over five years and even over 10 years were not compensated fairly when the company shut down the division. Not a great ending for such a long stint at a company to say the least.
