Terrible compensation - no one has any idea what their OTE is. When asked why our commission plans are so low, managers just laugh and say it comes from the board. 1 inbound lead. Less than 300 small accounts to go for in TAM. No process and managers can’t implement discipline. SDRs claiming they’re selling but they’re just changing packages on the billing platform...Read More
