The sales side is definitely better than the service side. Great sales organization, very lucrative, highly respected, and given the most resources in the firm.

Great place to work. Yes the base is 30k but you can get promoted to “Senior AE” and get 50k base. I would say every AE makes 100k+ in their 2nd year. I made 220k last year and am in the top 15%.
