Overall, FlashIntel gave me solid experience in tech sales. The culture is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there’s a lot of room to learn and grow. On the flip side, quotas are aggressive and the product is still finding its market fit, which can make hitting targets challenging. It’s a good place if you’re self-motivated and willing to hustle, but not always easy.

Horrible company. Management lied continually throughout interview process. Was told they were only hiring 1-2 reps for slow controlled growth. Was part of a class of 7, with additional reps joining in following months. No structure or parameters in place for account distribution, literally the wild west where other SDRs and AEs will call your prospects and accounts....Read More
