However leadership is great for the most part. Very supportive. Presales is conducted by delivery team which causes major issues as well.

Current Employee2.7Jan 2, 2025Leadership has zero idea of how to manage, motivate or pay salespeople. We are grossly underpaid, quotas are ridiculously high, so OTE is extremely difficult to hit. They pay quarterly on paid invoices, which is awful. It could take over a year to get all of your comp for a large implementation deal, for example.. Stay away.
