Frends had not thought through it's international expansion properly. The product is excellent and works really well and really fast and is easy to use and learn. BPMN and .net makes it universal. However, there is zero global branding outside Nordics, and very limited partner network.

Frends is a good company with a great product. Base salaries are good for an EU based company. Variable compensation could be improved. There is good leadership at the company. Recent changes introduced a lot of unclarity, these need to be resolved. Overall Frends ia a good place to work at.
