Former Employee The culture was the biggest downfall. It was very bland, everyone in every department was stressed and overworked. The CEO created a very toxic culture where you were intended to sell your soul to the company, be thankful to work there and never be compensated for it. It was a very classic, ego centric, leadership business which trickled down in to lower level leadership. Fear based.
