A partnership/sales-led GTM org with a complex business model that needs huge scale to make the unit economics work. Weak on product development and engineering. All the right intentions and strategy, but execution is poor. Possibly a symptom of 'growth at all cost' and not fine tuning R&D/Customer Experience over S&M spend from start up to scale up.
