Former Employee2.7Mar 25, 2024My overall experience was good. At the end of my 4.5 years, leadership changed which changed the culture and the overall experience that I had had. I ended up leaving for an opportunity with more growth aspects and less restrictions. However, I did love the team that I was working with, and haven't found a better CS team up to this point.

It felt like leadership was keeping new reps off of the phones until they could figure out their GTM. Former Employee4.9Sep 4, 2025I loved my time at Go1! They prioritize hiring internally before considering outside candidates. My only struggle is sometimes communication can be tough because everyone is so spread out. Outside of that the culture was great, and diversity was always top of mind.
