My overall experience was positive because of the strong product market fit. The new sales leadership runs the team with a my way or the highway approach.

New leaders are extremely volatile. They make rash, emotional decisions without data, inclusive of letting go of the majority of the sales, partnerships, and operations team without so much as a single conversation around performance for any of the impacted individuals. Morale was abysmal.

Decent product / market fit being so close to cloud data. But leads tend to be very tied to partners and product builds features for big prospects.
