Former Employee New leadership forced out founders end of Q4 2024, and attempting to create a new category leaving established CDP space, confusing the marketplace & buyers. While positioning for Enterprise customers, the platform better suited down market, as evidenced by their customer base avg size. Reaching for newer hot features such as agentic A.I., they're following Salesforce strategy, but challenges realistically competing. Solid mid-level team members, but leadership has little check and balance, operating more from fear of vs open collaboration. Lead-gen has dropped off significantly, no SDR's, and Reps required to do a lot of cold outreach makes pipe-building a challenge. Browse Other Reviews
