Former Employee Wasn't a "culture fit" and got canned. Bad leadership, very misdirected. I was the first one in the company in this middle management position, and they had no idea what my real duties were. I didn't either. Non-stop stressed over what I should be doing, the North American leader was no help, had horrible imposter syndrome, and was just set up for failure sadly. Great product, brand new company truck, and an enjoyable day to day talking to ranchers and getting out to ranches in person.
